Payment and Policies
Service Fee and Session Length
Many life coaches charge $200 or more per session. I keep my fees affordable on purpose; it’s just part of who I am. My coaching service fee is $100 per 45-minute session. If we agree that working together feels right and you aren’t currently able to afford full payment, we’ll agree on an adjusted fee, and on when we’ll review it.
Payment is due before each session. Payment options include Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards. Please add 3% to credit card payments.
Frequency and Consistency
We’ll meet once a week. Consistency is key in accomplishing what matters most to you. Our work explores and impacts your current life patterns, including any challenges in the realm of consistency. This is especially meaningful in pursuit of your heartfelt goals.
Again, consistency is key. Please keep cancellations to a necessary minimum. For necessary cancellations, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance via text or voicemail message. Except in emergency situations, you’re responsible for payment for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
When cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, please initiate payment so I don’t need to make a special payment request.
If emergencies abound, I may refer you to or recommend services to better match the support you need and deserve at a particular juncture. Our coaching work may also proceed more effectively in tandem with those services if that feels right.
